I got banned a while ago.
Is it possible to make another account without being banned?

Not sure if they check IPs or not but use a proxy when you sign up to be safe.

It's not the IP, he's probably going to sign up with the same Website. Right?
Well, no idea. I've been banned to when I had 30€

But how could they know it's the same person? Unless they ban by website, which would be a little unfair.

It seems a few of you don't use Adsense... Since, your adsense ad can be used on any website in existence... You don't even have to actually tell them your website...
There is an option that is set default to ads that is like "Allow use anywhere."
Though, i bet you can reregister.
Just try, it wont hurt.

When you sign up for it at google.com you need to give them your website.

It was for a different website. But I still filled in all my personal info such as name, address, etc.
