McAfee is about as total shit as Norton AntiVirus.
Kaspersky Internet Security/ESET's NOD32 are top of the line if you really need virus protection.

Kaspersky is paranoid. It thinks everything is a virus. It deleted all my addon for FF and WPE.

Let me give you some advice on how to not get a virus on limewire since it is now possible to embed a Trojan downloader in an mp3(not kidding I dled two this week). Okay, so when you download a file but it doesn't play when you click preview it means it's a Trojan. But just to be safe scan everything because there are virus that can ruin your iPod. I'll find the Article tommorow as it is quite interesting.

U can get a trojan downloader from any thing dled off the internet such as torrents.

I know limewire isn't monitored (at least not very well) but IDK about frost
