Since i was young i have had the ability to knock out stone cold in under 5 minutes. I would like to share MY sleep secrets to you so YOU can get a better nights sleep
Things you need:
1:Cozy Covers and your favorite pillow
2:Knowledge of head to pillow placement as to not get a cramp
3:COMPLETE darkness
4:COMPLETE silence
5:a comfort sound(a fridge, a fan, something that makes a simple sound)
6:a fan(if hot)
What are the steps to get a better nights rest?
Well there are MANY things you CAN do but what i do works best for me(you may have to alter some things)
1. Cut all noise and light from the room
2. Establish a comfort sound(a fan can also be a comfort sound)
3. Hook up your fan(if not needed skip this)
4. Get into bed and find your favorite pillows best position on your neck and get cozy in your covers
5. Now this is the ONLY hard part...just let your mind ~drift~ think of nothing but think of everything at the same time, do not worry about tomorrow or yesterday, think about current events in the world or in your life or think about a girl you have always wanted
6. Your mind should now drift into a state of pre-sleep where everything starts to slow down, your ALMOST there dont screw it up and think about something just keep on drifting
7. Now you should wake up in the morning fully charged and ready for your day!
(OPTIONAL)8. If you are having problems drifting into pre-sleep and eventually REM-sleep try masturbation as it relaxes the body after after climax(im not joking and i intend no flame or disgust this is a technique that has been proven and does work well-only as a last resort of course)
I hope you get a good nights sleep and feel recharged in the morning!

I intend no flaming or offense by option 8 but please feel free to just skip it

Can't you suffocate in those things? Like they come over and like suck up your body if your are in the middle. I think i read an article on that once.

I used to have one, and the warmth from the heater is so fucking nice on a sore back, and so warm in the winter.
But, I thought waterbeds were the shit until I got this new mattress, it's gel in the middle, and then it has a pillowtop. More comfortable than the waterbed by a longshot, but I still think I fell asleep a lot faster on the waterbed for some reason.
Back on topic, another tip is to individually wiggle and relax every individual body part, starting with your toes and feet, you'll find you had a lot of tension you didn't even realize before.
Also deep slow breathing using your diaphragm will help you relax a lot. So many people breathe using their chest muscles which is wrong, your stomach should move in and out when you breathe, if your shoulders move up and down then ur doin it wrong.
