Tattoos don't really hurt much, only when they first start. Though it varies for different people.

i have 12 tattoos including a full back piece. its not that bad until you start getting to the lowerr back near the small of your rear.

Earrings don't look gay on rockstars unless the look they have doesn't match the music they sing or they just don't look good on some people.

It all depends how you wear it, my rock idol has a few and they look good on him.
