Hey I need help answering this question

I find the address of the flags 10 01005194

when I find the pointer 0100346E

and I add the address manually then do the pointer and put it in it says it points to 000000A

and the offset (Hex) is 0 and when I say ok it gives me the value of ??

why is this does that mean it is not needed?

u make me lost.
if u wanna hack minesweeper:
put 99 1st value
reduce to 98
next scan 98
change to 99
now it will be 99 in game
