*rereads first post*
Guys..you realize that this topic is about what we would do without a god, and not what our religions say about God. I admit that I have gone really off-topic in a sense, and that this really has nothing to do with religion. I personally apologize for going off topic, and let's re-direct the conversation going on here.
-----
I think that many things would change if there was no god: religious buildings and any type of religious organization would collapse. And another thing to ponder: How would we know if there was suddenly no god?

Well... When he say what we would do without god, peoples who don't belive in god will come say that things were like before.
But on the other side peoples being buddish and amish and that stuff may have an other look at god so there will always be a discussion about that.

I guess you're right. Can people at least try to stay away from the topic of religion?

Why would they?
I mean, it's our task to testify our faith...
God has given this task through the Holy Bible.
Anyway, the reason topics like this end flamewars is that 1 or 2 people can't sit down and talk CALM about religions.
they get all freaked out and stuff...
ON-topic:
I would feel very, very stupid.
I would feel like a complete failure for believing something that isn't true...
Oh and yeah, I'm Christian

Once again, people sometimes pride themselves as open-minded. If they are atheist that is hypocritical, because they can't keep the option that there MIGHT be a supreme being.

If they are (not) atheist that is hypocritical, because they can't keep the option that there MIGHT (not) be a supreme being.
No, you're wrong i was thinking a lot about this and I came to a simple conclusion. If I'm wrong it won't matter.

People who follow this say there might not be or there might be a supreme being. Don't try to reverse my words without research and making assumptions.

I knew this would lead to a debate just by reading the title. It's too hard for this one not to lead into a topic about religion debate since it mentions the word "god" and a slight about his "existence".
I'm a non-believer, but I do respect believers as long as they don't tell me what to do.=P
On topic: Well since I already don't think there is a god, I'd just continue living my life just like what I do now.
