Ok, so lets say someone misses a plaine because they are late, do they
loose everything, get a refund, boeard the next plaine, or is something
else done?

First of all, it's plane.
In some airports they let you go on the next flight some airports
don't do anything about it.

The air port I go to Oakland Air Port and some times San Francisco Air Port let you go on the next flight.

big airports or small airports?

Yes I know there is JFK, Newark Intr., La Guardia and Teterborough,
(listed largest to smallest) but the thing is Newark is the closest and the
cheapest because JFK and LaGuardia have high airport fees (New York
State is always expensive) while Teterborough is bigger then the one in
the middle of Oklahoma but it cant have Boeing 767 land there and I'm
going to Poland, the only plane that flys from Poland and America is a
Boeing 767. Newark is my choice.

Big airports usually let you go on the next plane. Newark is one of them. If there's no more flights for the day, You will be sent the next day or you might be given a flight with a connection. BTW the only one-way flight to Poland in your area is in JFK.

Last year i was gonna see my family in America with Christmas, but this guy at the security was being a bitch and because of him everybody got delayed and i missed my plane.
The airport was gonna let me on the next flight for free, but they wouldn't pay for a night at the Holiday Inn Hotel, so i had to sleep in the in the hard, cold, uncomfortable chairs at the airport..
Worst Christmas ever, but hey, now if somebody asks me what i did for Christmas last year, i can say "I slept in an American airport"
