ok here is what I have done so far.
1. I have opened the process up with the cheat engine (no im not a noob)
2. I have found the address I wanted when in battle it's the exp you gain
3. Now if I freeze that with the value I want in I can get it but I was thinking about Multiplying the address so when I get the exp it will x's that by a number and then I would get the results
is there anyway I can do that????

The answer is yes, you will have to do a code injection to get your hack working like you want.
Now the real question is can you inject code to that emulator without it crashing. But anyways, that is how you will have to do it.
Step 7 of ce tutorials will help you learn that.

What is your emulator ?
My is : No$GBA 2.6a
Your game something crash when injecting? => Pause the emulator befor active your auto ASM scrips !
you can use this table for a example.

yea thats what I am using nice CT bad ass wish I was that good
no it does not crash just asking if there was a way to multiply it
Adress for the value I looked up is 0A62A18C which is the xp I get at the end now what would I do with it?

now when I try that it crashes the game :'( I read the Step 7 carfully it should work some what similar to that
