In my program I have been getting a static pointer to the health value by using the ReadProcessMemory function. When a new client exe is made for this game, my program no longer returns the correct value.

A friend of mine told me that you can use the address of the code instead of memory and it won't break when they release new clients. I know how to get the address of the code that writes to the health value but not how to get the value from it.
