How do I cheat?

hey umm... well i tried cheatengine i downloaded 5.1 and then i saw 5.2 so i quit 5.1 then when 5.2 was over i saw this shortcut that says CheatEngine51 1-5. so i tried deleting it but eevrytime i try it says : Cannot delete CheatEngine511-5: it is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again. but the problem is i dont know which on. well ty and i hope u have the answher for my problem. ANYONe know how to solve plzzz plzzz email me at [email protected] Laughing
