But i dont know if my mobo will fit

I read something about ATX and Micro ATX motherboards and i dont know which one ive got.
Right now ive got a acer case (It was a pre built pc) and it is like 30 cm high
The tacens is like 40-50 cm so i think it will fit, right?

BTW: the reason why i am buying a new case is because my current GPU (An ATI Radeon HD4850) is like 3 cm from the bottom of the case, so it gets kinda hot (70-90 degrees)
I guess that 40cm fan will keep my system cool right?

Should be a good case, tho I recommend to buy like Antec 900 or somthing.
I think thats an budget case.

The HD 4850 usually operates at those temperatures if you don't turn up your fan speed.

It's easy (for the most part) to distinguish between case standards. MicroATX cases are usually cube-shaped, literally. Mid-Tower ATX cases (which most people use, it should fit up to ATX/EATX-size motherboard) is about the dimensions you said. A full-tower ATX case is huge, about 50 cm/20" tall.

I believe the case you're using right now is a Mid-Tower, and the Tacens looks like a full-tower.

If you're aiming for good airflow, the Antec 900 looks nice.

yeah that case should do but check where the holes are on your motherboard and see where they are on that case, i've heard that pre-build pc motherboards have their holes positioned in different places that way people wont change to much stuff and void their warranties

I don't know anything about that case, but if I were you I wouldn't buy it.

Why spent money on stuff that could be shit, just add some more and you got a confirmed good case.

Those are complete guesses.

Since the case is large, you won't have the same space issue you are currently having, which means your PSU will not interfere with your GPU.

The Antec 900 has like fucking 9 slots, you can put your DVD/CD drive in any of them.
