| You didn't tell us what CPU you have, and the clock frequency alone tells us nothing. Assuming it's Core 2 or A64 based, it shouldn't be much of a bottleneck, and the 3850 is the fastest AGP card you can get.

Pentuim 4 2.4 GHZ not a dual core and they said 3850 will botteneck my cpu

Yeah, there will be a bottleneck. But you'll still end up with noticeably better performance than cheaper cards.

I had a 1.8ghz amd single core processor (Dunno whitch one) and 1gb ram with a GeForce 7300GTS running COD4 on low settings pretty well.
So i think the 7600 will do fine
