Yes, its not the computer obviosly. Maybe it's IE.

i would most like to be IE, so i would recomend Opera or Apple safari because they restrict pop-up and load thing way faster Cool

Yeah. IE blocks pop-ups also. It's called a "pop-up blocker". Magic I know.
