You mean the temperature? I recommend http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php
It'll show you CPU/mobo/hdd temps and also let you control fan speeds.

i have it, just dont know how to check the "full load temp"

Put on something like 3Dmark for a good 30 minutes, then alt tab and check your temps.

Core temp
Downlaod both, run Orthos, check temp in Core temp
