most likely, you won't get in trouble. depending how on far you got into details. depending on what grade your in. and depending on your schools look towards discipline. my school, probably wouldn't care. it's not that big of a deal, i'm in highschool.

A few options, here. The last one is the one I'd do, but the rest are plausible solutions:

1.) Find the 'Staples, That Was Easy!' button and PUNCH THE MUTHA!
2.) Grab a staple gun and hit the teacher in the face a few times with it. You may get expelled and thrown into juvie for that, but they'll forget about the guide!
3.) Say it wasn't yours, tell the teacher that the sub wrote it.
4.) Fess up! Admit to it, but just say that the sub encouraged you to. (At my school, that'd be the best option... the only thing I learned in middle school was how to roll a good joint [not from experience, mind you!] and how to kill someone with two fingers. [Finger one: middle finger. Finger two: trigger finger.]
5.) Find teh note, shred it.
6.) find teh note, sign someone else's name to it.
7.) Move to Canada and get some bacon. I hear they has some ggooooddd bacon.
8.) What's the worst that can happen? Explain to your parents YOUR side of the story before hand, and just take the punishment, though I'd go with the stapler option. More fun to read about in the newspaper.

Just explain how it was dumb and how it was just a joke. I did something similar to this, in elementary school.
