High School Grades, Did I already fuck up?
I'm a freshman attending high school as of now. I've broke my right hand, making it eligible to write. But not only that, It's high school. The school were grades count. I'm going to be honest, high school is easy! I don't see how you would want to drop out. But, I'm very lazy, and having to go home and type everything up, I mean what the fuck? It's such a hassle. But... The worst part is now, I'm failing a class. Because I've been going to so many doctors appointments, I've missed 3 test. It's just really unlucky. I can't make the test up, because my English teacher is fucking retarded.
What do I do?
How serious can this get?
Should I discuss this with my counselor?

Well, first you should pay attention to your grammar. If you want me to I could point out your mistakes, but people generally get angered at that. Second, I'm also a freshman in high school. I took the hardest classes possible because I fucked around in middle school. I have 3 to 4 hours of homework standard. Even though I try to get the homework down and pay attention, I have 1 A, 3 B's, and 1 C. So from my standpoint you failing a regular class seems idiotic, but if it's from you breaking your hand (I didn't understand since you used the word eligible which is the wrong word for you situation) you could try to ask your teacher to help you out. Teachers generally are nicer to the students who they think try and care about their class. Once you get out of high school and into the, "real world," you're not going to be able to live off your parents and play WoW, or MapleStory, or whatever (at least I won't be able to.) That's why you try hard and then try harder to get a good job or just do what's necessary to get a life you're comfortable with. It's all about realizing what it's going to take you to get a life you'll be comfortable with for years to come.

Reschedule the fucking appointments / stop having them be during school time.
You're a freshman, you honestly wish you GPA is in danger unless you completely fuck yourself over for the rest of the 4 years.

 High school. I love the grades, hate most of my teachers.
Except for my English teacher and my PE Teacher.. 
I Have a huge test in English on Wednesday. On Parts of Speech and Memorizing all of the parts to a perfect essay. I think I'll actually have to STUDY for once in my life. (I literally have a 100 in the class. I think if I get a C on the test, I'll still have like a 90 lol.)
Oh and advice: Complain to the counselor. That's bullshit. That really shouldn't happen. My friend is out for a month due to foot surgery, and he will have to make things up, not fail them. Although you're there, you basically should receive something similar.

high school = secondary school?
idk what it's like in the US but in the UK your grades are only kept on record for about 2 yrs after you leave school. then after that you can lie on CVs and say you don't have you GCSE certificate anymore.

Even if they're only kept on record for 2 years, they're still vital for college applications. GPA and test scores are the basis of the apps. Though extra-curriculars and your essays are usually more important, without good scores you won't get in many decent universities

Do anything you can to bring up your grade. Talk to your teacher, show how much care and want to bring up that grade. He/she can't be that "retarded."
And this could get quite serious. 1 bad grade won't kill your chances of getting into the university you want, but you don't want to take any risks. Keep in mind that university will take up another 4-8 years of your life, you don't want to spend that time somewhere you don't want to be.
And talk to your counselor if you feel like you're not getting anywhere with your teacher. That's what they're for, to help out.

Ask for extra work from your teacher, Show you want to get better marks, Ask to type your work, and use your left hand. That's all I got.

| You should bring your parent in to talk with the teacher. Worked for me. Somehow teachers only listen to people that are older than them.
