I know the patern to this puzzle
Now , all i need to do is find the formula or to find the answer for #20
All i need help is to find the formula to this , since i found the pattern to 11-20 ,
here it is for the pattern :
Lets say this is our start of the pattern
#3 36
#4 ?
To find ? , 36 x #4 = 144 and then 144 - 36 = 108 = ?
What im trying to say is that , instead of doing the pattern over and over , im looking for a easier way to finding the ? ( # ) on the right side.

Multiply each product by 3 would be the pattern, at least how i see it. o_O
EDIT: Imma reread your question, I comprehended it completely wrong.

What im trying to say is that , instead of doing the pattern over and over , im looking for a easier way to finding the ? ( # ) on the right side.

Are you sure the numbers after #4 are correct or did you manually fill them in?
For the first 4 numbers the formula would be: (3^(x-1))*4=y

according to the formula I got from the first 4 numbers:
(3^(x-1))*4=y
x=20 , so
(3^(20-1))*4=y
(3^19)*4=y
1162261467*4=y
y=4649045868
