I believe that's the virtumonde virus. That's a bitch to remove.

has it popped up saying scan ur computer or anything yet?
those are absolute bastards to get rid of.

Since you added to the trusted list, you may want to look at your certificates.

To do that open up Internet Options, click on the contents tab and then click
on Certificates, find the culprit and delete it from the trusted list.
