Just recently took it off, seemed kind of hard to find out. So if anyone wants to know how to remove it:

1. Create a new text message
2. For the body of the text message, put the word "Out" (without the quotes)
3. Send it to the appropriate number:

Quote:

Alltel 265019
Cingular Wireless 265019
Cricket 265019
T-Mobile 265019
Verizon Wireless 265019

Example text message:

Quote:

To: 265019
Body:
Out

After sending the message you will receive a text message saying that you have been "opted" out of the AIM Mobile service.
