I usually listen to rap/hip-hop, rap because i love the beat and hip-hop because its usually a calm beat and it's a nice song. So I'm wondering if anyone here know's any soft rock songs that I can listen to?

What's the difference between soft rock and hard rock?
(You don't have to call me stupid, I figured that out already.)

Linkin Park isn't what I would consider 'soft rock'
For what I consider soft rock, check out banks such as Creed, 12 Stones and Live.

Anyone know any songs like Green Day - Boulevard of broken dreams? I like that song, but I normally don't listen to rock so I don't know any songs.

Hoobastank - The Reason
ColdPlay - One I love
Kid Rock - All summer long
Nena - 99 Luftballons

Not sure what they're entirely classified as, but they have some rock elements in it.

I don't get how you can listen to that, most of the time I hear people listening to Metal/Hardcore is having the beat so loud you can't hear the vocal's and even then they are screaming wildly, just my opinion.

I'll give you a few examples of what I listen to.

Wait and Bleed - Slipknot

Tears don't Fall - Bullet for my Valentine

Scream - Avenged Sevenfold

All good bands/songs and they don't always scream lol.

What about this one, past 0:33?

And is this soft rock or does it just seem softer because the words are understandable?
