Depends on what I'm stressed about. If it's just general stuff, I usually hop on CNC3, UT3 or Crysis and pwn the crap out of some noobs. If I'm not in the mood for gaming (or my PC is playing up and that's the source of my stress), I watch some Family Guy, CSI, Futurama, Buffy, Scrubs or Farscape.

If it's relationship related I usually listen to some calming music (tacoma radar, teardrop by massive attack, nickelback's quieter stuff, etc) and have a cup of coffee. If it's seriously messed up relationship stuff (break ups, etc) I get absolutely smashed out of my face in a pub.

Though i do not get stressed out a lot, i would think rugby is a great way to get your stress out... loads of people have tried to punch me in the face when i tackle them harshly...

For me, because i play a lot of sport i find that helps... >_< Badminton is a dangerous sport1!!
