I'm 15 and im already 1.85m (6 foots and 1 inch).
Is it still possible for me to grow more, or have I already had my growth spurt?

| It's definitely possible for you to still grow, but it will probably be slow and gradual if you do.

i'm almost 16 (and +- 1,80 to 1,90m) now and i'm still growing

wow... I take steroids for my atshma
I'm 14 and 5 foot 5 around  But I have size 11 shoes. I think I'll grow to over 6 feet

| I was 5 foot 6 on 17th birthday, then within the space of a year I shot up to 6 foot 3. I'm 20 now and as a result of the speedy growth have serious back problems. I've actually developed something called ankular sponditis (don't ask) from it, and it hurts like hell.

Steroids at our/ your age will stop you growing and if you do sports you will be banned from Olympics, (unless you stop at 16 and same if you smoke or take drugs), it will also show when you start work

I stopped growing around 16, was 5 ft 10 in then. I'm 19 and I'm 6 foot exactly now. You pretty much reach your peak at 16-17.
