I burn to much fat and calories quick and i am not ready to take pills.

What can i do? I also want to stay healthy, meaning don't tell me to eat 10 cakes.

I heard pregnancy gives weight (if your a woman).

Why do you need to gain weight?
Anything specific you need to achieve?


As for me no matter how much I eat, my weight stays constant.

My sisters ex-boyfriend is a rugby union player, and when he needed to gain weight, he used to eat a loaf of bread every night before going to sleep.

I have 2 reasons. I don't like looking like a tooth pick and i want to test my homeostasis.

If it worked for him, (I presume he would be more active than you) It should work for you.

Just eat every chance you can get, so that the balance between input and output is distorted, and eventually you'll gain weight (it'll probably be muscle since you're active, but thats better since muscle weighs more).

Try eating before you do something, so that your body doesn't burn any fat and also have a big meal before sleeping.

don't worry about it too much yet, im the same that i do lots of exercise and work out, and yet im still quite skinny compared to some of my friends xD, your metabolism will slow down soon enough and it'll be easy to gain weight then.

Eat more salt,
salt puts water in your blood, so you will sweat less, and lose less calories
