I recently reformatted my computer and i haven't been able to find the chipset for my mobo or cpu, i will post the info on them and +rep to the one who finds me the chipset or cpu driver.

For Cpu Driver
You can find a bunch tool that help determine your driver needed and maybe a download link at: http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/TechnicalResources/0,,30_182_871_9706,00.html

AS for exact link I couldn't find any for Windows Vista 64 (Bit) but I have one for Windows XP.

Everything you need seems to be in this link, scroll down. When I looked up your mobo model number, I got this. I suppose it is the same, since some of your specs seem to match up here. Enjoy.
