Im trying to measure and cut paper out and i wanna know how i measure stuff ?

Do i start from where it says 1inch ?


The Blue and Red Circle , Which do i start to measure ?

You technically can use either one to start measuring. If you use the "blue circle" you would just have to subtract an inch from whatever you measure,

Yeah and to add on you can use any, but you have to subtract by that number.
