Download .NET Framework 3.5, it's the latest version.

You can download them in any order you want.

I have 1.1, 2.0 and 3.5.

If you download .NET Framework 3.5 and install it, the installation process will install all the previous .NET Framework versions for you.
After you have installed it, use Windows Updates to check for any security updates or error fixes or something and install them.
