I'm failing math right now so I need help on these questions.

Code:

1. -6+|x-4|=-6

2. |x-42.04|=23.24

3. 8=7-|x|

4. 9=7-|x+2|

5. 2|2x+8|+(2 x 3x) = 180

6. 8-2(x-5)=x+3

7. -2x-5.75=13.25

Show how to solve with the solution! Thanks Very Happy

No offense, but how can you be failing math with those questions? I suggest you try to the questions yourself because you're not going to learn from people giving you the solutions on a plate.

just put all the like terms on one side, and by like terms, I mean: (numbers) = (variable) Just remember if you move a number or a variable to the other side, you must invert the operation sign attached. eg, 2x = 3x + 5 -5 = 3x - 2x etc. Also, if its in brackets, don't change the operation sign inside it, only outside.

This is like grade 6 math all you need to do is bedmas

Brackets firsts
Exponents second
Division
Multiply
Add or subtract works togeher
