i installed Ubuntu kinda by accident
i wanted to use Live CD but that didn't work so i chose to "install within windows" thinking i could just delete it after playing around a little...
but now the fucker has made its own partition and everything!
i'm not really fussed about the lost 4Gb of disk space but the boot screen annoys me because i'm not going to use linux again
how2remove plz?

I guess you can use a disk management program like Acronis Disk Manager to delete and merge the partition.

Are you stupid?
When you click install you either do two things... Have ubuntu right over your whole entire hard drive ( DELETE FUCKING EVERYTHING ) or it makes a partition.
You don't install it on windows like Adobe Photoshop, MSN, AIM or whatever you think you do.
It is an operating system.

There is no Linux folder. Also, Linux has an ext3 partition. Windows made it so they do not communicate with that partition type ( only NTFS and FAT ). good luck.

Well, can't you? Thats what I do with multiple Windows partition.
Format to NTFS and merge.

You didn't do anything other than delete the operating system's files off the partition. It's still going to appear. You need to delete the partition.

Windows does not recognize EXT3 Partitions. Which means you wont see it. Fuck srsly.
