By my guess 100% of the 100,000 people will answer it correctly. If the questioning schema is as same as the person's mental capability.

no im saying to if one person awnser something else than the others then theyr all wrong including the person who awnsered diffrend

You're asking CEF which is the 10,000 people and they is no exact answer because everyone has a different one. I think.

There is no answer.

This is a question with a dependable answer. The answers aren't given facts, they're chances itself.
So basicly you'd have to count all the chances together.
