Finding tutorials on the Internet on ways to program websites using HTML/PHP that are able to accept paypal transactions.

Honestly, what did you expect me to tell you? A step by step guide to teaching, designing, implementing, and maintaining a website?

No, all I was looking for was to have the user routed to the site(not just a simple redirect).

Well, affiliate websites provide 'hoplinks' which go from your landing page, to the manufacturer's page.
