Where do you get it?

Does it popup in a message box?
Does it auto print that on a sheet of paper?

You obviously could have a corrupted Rundll32.dll or a corrupted svchost.exe, maybe try using system restore.

Alright what you're gonna need to do is delete boot.ini. That's the program that starts up other programs. It auto-installs at startup so it'll come back next time you start up your computer. There's probably just a small error in it but this'll fix that.
