| The problem is, after it loads all drivers, it loads a specific one (never saw it before) for ages then restarts and loads Windows normally, why ?

Why are you using the SP3? Try the SP2 if you can, see if it works. You don't always need the latest things. It doesn't work in regular mode either?

Since your system failed to start after the installation of Service Pack 3, then this link may help you.
How to remove SP3 (Microsoft Article ID:950249)
Use option#4: Removing SP3 from the recovery console.

I think that it's SP3 too really, is causes me alot of issues
@Mychilli: I don't believe RAM will cause it :S i got 2GB
