I start it and all (dx9) it shows that intro movie then either when its done or i press esc it says this program has stopped working.

Im pretty sure I meet the requirements for the game.

Operating System: Windows Vista™ Home Basic SP1
System Model: Inspiron 1525
BIOS: Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS Version 1.10 A13
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 550 @ 2.00GHz,
~2.0GHz
Memory: 2038MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 10
Card name: Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family
Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
Chip type: Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family

and yeah, laptop.

Also: should i post this in computer talk?
