I'm trying to find a program that will launch programs with a specified hotkey. Like if I hit F10 or something it will open Photoshop. Any suggestions?

That isn't quite what I'm looking for, because I'm trying to use this in a game in which you can't alt+tab out of. So I can't have it bring up a menu which causes a minmizaiton, I just need a program running in the background that I can configure so if I hit like F11 in the game it opens some program.

If you can't find a program like that, try keyboards.

I reckon i can do that in VB but i am currrently busy.
Do you know any computer languages?

If your keyboard has function keys set one to browser.
Otherwise, I don't think you can do that since the game may have certain functions bound to those keys.

I tried creating a program, but something in the createprocess was messed up because any program I tried opening opened up multiple times. But I looked at examples of createprocess usage and mine was the same so idk.

Some stuff probably works but if your game is pretty advanced, it might block it.
