| If you're not planning to ever use SLI, I'd go with an Intel motherboard. Their chipsets are more stable than the nVidia ones, so you can get a higher stable overclock. (I'm assuming you're going to overclock, especially with those components)

| You're probably using a retail (HP, Compaq, Dell, Sony, ect) computer. The companies remove the overclocking functions in the BIOS.

When Intel makes a motherboard based on their mainstream chipsets (P35) they are never intended for overclocking thus the absence overclocking features found in their bios.
The only boards from Intel which has overclocking are those enthusiast chipset like the 975 (badaxe), X38/48.
The Intel P45 boards makes it requires you to have a Ph.D in overclocking before you can start tweaking those knobs.
Back to topic: The specs look pretty good.
Except go with an Intel chipset based motherboard.
And saw somewhere that Intel is releasing a entry level quad: Q8200
which might replace the Q6600.

Sites say Aug 31, but I doubt it.
One of my mags. has a Amazon.com Ad and they they got a pic of the Q8200 for $200+
I'll post the correct price after I find my mag.
EDIT:
The mag does not have the price, but provides a link to it.
Those cost of that crapula is $338.35!
By some shop which probably running in thier mom's basement!
Googling it show the retail starts out at $225.57 from ewiz.com
