When I want to transfer schools all I have to do was go to the dam school and register, but how come it's different for High Schools where we have to go to the board of ed and/or go to a certain school and then register? NYC high schools btws... I don't get why?

Life is so much easier when it comes to Jr. High school or Elementary.

I'm in Ohio...I got to choose which HS to go to. Graduated last year. I'd say it's much easier after school than elementary or Jr high.
