go to sony or the psp site and ask the technical guys there. thats what I've done when my 360 wasn't working online (turns out that I had the IP wrong, Laughing)

Yes, its called Ad-Hoc. I have a PSP.

Also, the game has to have MultiPlayer.

Will work, go into multi-player, if the game has the feature -.-
Then select Ad-Hoc, and if it has it
Select your friends PSP and start
