Hey guys, I have a question.

So Dippin Dots, it is a unique ice cream that is like no other. It is considered icecream of the future.

Now i was wondering, if i make a store selling this kind of ice cream, Do i need to buy their franchise? Does Dippin Dots OWN this kind of icecream?
Or are they buying it from a company that just sells it to Dippin Dots.

Since if they are buying it from a company and selling them as Dippin Dots, Cant i buy it from that company and sell it as a different name so I dont have to buy the franchise of Dippin Dots?

Well I dont think you can OWN a kind of ice cream.. Kinda like donuts right? dunkin donuts and krispy kream (which closed down =(). I'm not sure, just my 2 cents.

i've seen other "dippin dots" brands i'm pretty sure you can open up a store, but you have to figure out how to make dippin dots.

If you make your own, no.
If you want to sell Dipping Dots, of course you need to label it as Dipping Dots. If you don't, it is considered infringement.

lol i eat these from vending machiens, they are rip offs. $3 for a litle tiny cup and it taste like shiet only cotton candy tastes good
