hi i was wondering how i use paypal? i got 4 dollars in my account from doing a couple surveys and i needed to buy something that cost 3.86 online and it has free shipping so the total is 3.86 but it says i need to get verified or something? do i ahve to get verified cuz i thought getting verified only lifts limits
