But I need help starting.

First off, what program did they use to do that graphic thing? I think it's adobe flash player 9 but im not sure.

As far as difficulty, is it realy hard to do?

Will it be hard putting in the song and links as they did?

I just need some opinions and tips anything! =D

It's flash. Hard? Depends on if you are good with it or not, someone good with flash could make that, or something similar in a few minutes. For you, beings that you guessed what it was I assume you have never used Flash, so yeah, it would be hard.

There are various tutorials on how to do what page does.

Just google for flash tutorials, you will find tons.
