the cant possibly stop 100 of millions of people from downloading illegal music everyones going to do it period so its going to be hard but then again you could have backup your illegal music onto those usb thing's to store stuff on and hide it and then just delete all of your illegal music they cant prove nothing
theres really nothing to be scared about if they caught me i would just deny it and ask for strong evidence and delete all of my music and store it on my psp or a usb flash drive then hide it simple as that

I always get my connection throttled by my ISP when I download too much shit. They know i've been downloading but they wont be able to tell if it's illegal unless someone opens it and checks.
Manual labour = no.

In germany there are firms who are checking through BearShare for Hoster with german IP's, then they're going to some kind of police to the premissons to take the guy's PC.
Then they go home to you with the instruction of taking your PC with.
So they do that. Then they're scanning it for illegal stuff like music/movies/w.e. If they found something ... No idea what happens, probably penalty. Else you'll get your PC back (takes like 2~4 weeks).
This happened to my friend once. The police came home to him and said they need his PC (He wasn't at home when this happened). So they unplugged everything and took it with...But found nothing because these dumbasses forgot to take the Exterm Hard-drive with.

if it's like you say, and the process can take weeks... wouldn't users with dynamic IPs be immune to prosecution?
