You really think companies who make torrenting programs are going to work with the government? They'd also loose a lot of users. Plus, they would have to do everything manually to be sure the torrent is illegal..

im english 
i download about 50 music tracks a day and about 20 films a week 
thats just average, sometimes i use more 
i've never been warned or anything and they havent reduced my internet speed... nor do i believe i ever will be caught/warned/slowed down
why should your internet provider care what you download? it's not their job to stop music/films/games being leaked all over the internet and they dont lose no money from the loss of sales

its not like this is anything NEW... they have been able to track things like this for a long time, its just now they publicly announce it and all you pussies crap yourselves
dont worry... even if they do slow your speed or whatever just switch ISP then they have lost a paying customer and you have the service you were used to

they should care because in the news now they have made it a legall requairment for them to care if they dont actions will be taken against them

Like that's gonna make any changes, they still won't look for normal people.. No need to be scared .. but IF they somehow should show up anyways, they need a judge accept to look through your PC; so just ask for it (and ofc they don't have it) and it takes them atleast a week to get one of those, and meanwhile you can destroy your harddisk ^^ So this is no problem at all (:

Don't you think that the government has secrets? Most likely they monitor our calls and internetz. I am not fucking kidding. They are watching us. THINK ABOUT IT. Government controls what's on the media. If you look on the internet for the news than you're 10x smarter than any newspaper reader.

1.So u are going to sit at the library until the movie is done`?? Isnt it limited how long u can sit on a computer at the library?
2. Are u going to pay to download a movie?! (internet cafe) That ruins the whole purpose ..
