Asians only seem to be smarter cause if the chance of getting a wery inteligent person is 0.001%, and asians have 16.66% of world pop (at least or is it more) then they has most inteligent people.

That makes absolutely no sense. If there's few Asians, and few Intelligent people in general, then there's a very small chance of finding an intelligent Asian.

| Stereotypes aside, how "smart" someone is (in my opinion) comes down to how hard they work to learn things. Some unmentioned races tend to be lazy asses and drop out of high school. Some other unmentioned races tend to spend 10+ hours a day doing school and school related studies in order to learn.
