Ok, so I was making a trainer for GRID and when I tried to save the trainer it saved as .CT instead of .EXE ?? Not only that, when I DO save as .CT and I try to open it, I get a weird error:

I'm confused. Help? Maybe I should go back to 5.3. Less errors there lol.

you'll also get this in 5.3
1: It sounds like your registry is read only, since your settings of CE wheren't found, and you started CE with a parameter.

2: To create a trainer save your table as a .exe , or click advanced options and then the disk icon.
Then choose a trainer that modifies memory. In the new window configure your trainer. Design your userinterface, add buttons, images, etc...
And then click on "Generate trainer"

Nope, no parameter, maybe the registry, but I don't know how to change that and for the trainer - when trying to create a trainer (by saving it in .exe format) it just saves it as .CT. So I create the trainer and when I want to save it, I name it for example GRIDTrainer.exe. But it gets saved as GRIDTrainer.CT eventhough I selected .EXE. It's hard to explain, I hope you understand.

No idea, when I type in save for example xxx.exe it pops up the trainer maker (You're not adding a space after it right ?)
But to be sure, go to advanced options and click the save button there. There it won't even look at what you typed

Also, make sure it isn't a UCE. UCE's do not have trainer makers

CE 5.3 / 5.4 isn't a UCE as far as I know.
Now it works to make a trainer and save it as a .EXE.
But I still can't open .CT files. Still gives me that error.
