Draw me a blackjack table cloth (or w/e it's called, see the example) from the top. It'll be (hopefully) used in a blackjack game, credits will be given :)

Few requirements:
* Vectorized (so it can be resized with ease)
* About 4:3 - 4:2.
* Texts:
- BLACKJACK PAYS 3 TO 2
- Dealer must draw to 16 and stand on all 17s
- Insurance pays 2 to 1
* Seven (7) playing slots.
* No too fancy colors.
