In game (game 3D) time limited 5 hour in day !
how to stop time (or pause time) forever in that day ?

the only things you can hack easily are client sided, these are things that are stored on your computer, you can't hack client sided things because it is all stored somewhere elce. If this is a multiplayer game then the clock is probly kept sever sided.

for that game i changed delay skill it working.
but with golds i only changed value in bar and it not true.

. Is it an online game or offline ?. If its online then most of the things could be server sided (not hackable), time e.g in your case was clientsided so you could hack it.
