hi well i was at a four way stop today and some guy bumped my bumper luckily it was someone i knew from school and well he ran into my rear bumper and it got scratched not too badly and theres and a little part thats sticking out now...does anyone know how much this would cost me? i want to know now lol i would go to a repair shop but they all closed at 5. it looks like ill need to repaint and its pretty deep its deeper than my fingernail so yeah anyone have an estimate of how much this would cost?
and do u think im ok? like did i get enough information? and if he didnt pay me would i be able to sue him?
say wat if i like dont want it fixed....cuz i dont care for it could i be like just give me like 300 dollars and well call it even? could he say no and if he called the cops or if i sued him could i get in trouble?
