Cheat Engine

I'm following a tutorial I found on gamersplanet. I believe it's for 5.3 sourcecode but I'm gonna try it out because I want to learn how to do this, + I have nothing much to do over the summer and this is interesting. I'm taking down logs of what I'm doing and some of my results don't match up. I'm on step 3 and I'm waiting for Delphi 7 to finish downloading. If anyone wants to try this out or help me along the url is

I apologize for writing it like this but I can't post URLs yet. Please don't yell at me or call me a noob, I have no prior experience with programming and my school doesn't offer crap. I'm only 15 and asking for some help with this. When I finish I will post my so called "work" and any problems or errors I got. well i didnt finished the tutorial at cheat engine(because the links where broken and i cant find the programs i need ) but to to combine those tutorials, it might help you understand what you need to do
i cant help much more then this tip, after all you only got to follow the tutorials, the hard part is downloading the programs...

Yeah some of the links were dead and I googled the programs to download them. Even if the tutorial doesn't work I'll somewhat know how to make an engine and maybe I could play around with that. Thanks!
