Something wrong with CE

All my computer exe files work fine, im just passing by life.

Then, i open CE, which i havent used in a while since i quit right before i started taking advanced ASM classes.

CE opens, i try to do something else, and here is where the problem is.

AFTER I OPEN CE, ALL MY OTHER PROCESSES GET KILLED. I CAN'T OPEN UP ANY FILES, NOR CAN I USE THE TASK MANAGER AND/OR cmd/telnet.

Any help would make me happy (:

disable stealthmode if you have it enabled
