I was going to 7/11 and buying some nx , i see this guy ... he was shorter than me and i had a way deeper voice. he didnt need to show an id and yet he bought it. Im about a 5''9 and look mature enough and have a deep voice , should i attempt to buy some blunts for my friends and what would happen if i couldnt buy?

Basically it all depends on the person he could of been a regular and the guy could know him or the guy just might not give a damn, the legal age is the same for cigarettes.
It wont hurt to try worst case scenario he asks for ID you tell him some bull shit story how you just came for a blunt and you didn't bring your wallet then you can proceed to yell at him.

You need to be 18.
But, just try it.
There are plenty of workers that will sell without an ID.

Worst case - He / she will ask for one, if you don't have, they won't sell.
